SERVICE ACCESS BY CHILDREN

BattleQuest.com allows limited access to certain parts of the Service (such as certain mobile games and applications) by children under the age of 13 ONLY with parental consent. Please review the age rating for any mobile games or application to ensure it’s appropriateness for your child. Other aspects of the the Service (such as forums) are strictly forbidden for use by children under the age of 13. Furthermore, children between the ages of 13 and 17 are only allowed to access certain parts of the service with parental consent. Please be aware that BattleQuest.com must rely on the truthfulness and honesty of our users when filling out the registration information on our website or during the registration process at any of the app stores that offer our products for sale.

Parents and guardians that allow their children to access the Service (or any third party app stores) should be especially diligent in protecting their children’s privacy by always monitoring their child’s use of the these services and to setup parental controls on mobile devices whenever possible.

Please use caution when using the Service and do not give out any personal information about yourself (such as name, address, phone number, etc.) to anyone whom you do not know. In order to promote the Service, BattleQuest.com may post usernames, and/or user usage statistics on the Service. This information may be openly available to the public. SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES

Our Service includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the “Share” buttons for Facebook, Twitter, or Sina Weibo, or the ability to post game replays and messages to various social outlets including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Kamcord, Sina Weibo, Youtube and or directly via email. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. MOBILE GAMES AND APPLICATONS:

When you use any of our mobile games or applications, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends. Furthermore, some games and applications may also collect your location based information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version of the application. We will not share this information with any third party. If you no longer wish to allow us to track or use this information, you may turn it off at the device level. Please note, some games and applications may not work properly if we are unable to tell where you are coming from (ie: your country).

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

We may occasionally send you push notifications through our games and mobile applications regarding game updates, high scores and other service related notifications that may be of importance to you. SIGN-IN SERVICES

You can log in to our site using sign-in services (“Signin Services”) such as Facebook Connect , Apple’s Game Center, or another provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and resume to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.

Furthermore, we may collect and record information through the Signin Services in accordance with the policies and terms of that Signin Services.
